Todd Waters’ musical journey began with a gift from his uncle, a drum.

That simple childhood gift, developed into a lifelong calling for Todd.

He’s recorded a handful of releases with the indie pop group, May or May Not.  The group changed styles evolving into The Shapers, an avant garde group that released the record “Little, Big”.

Todd says his most memorable experience was performing on the Warped Tour in cities around the country.

He’s also played with Randy Napoleon and Tobacco.

Todd’s philosophy is that “when you have nothing to prove, then you’ll make music.”

Several of his students have gone on to major in music in college.

Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of Michigan.

Todd teaches percussion at Lettuce Play Music.
